Alexandra Schulz

Her journey with yoga began in 2017 during a transformative 5-week retreat in Thailand. For the first time, she experienced a deep inner awakening, connecting with herself on a profound level. From that moment, yoga became her passion, guiding her daily practice and shaping her path of self-discovery.

Over the years, she enriched her journey through retreats, workshops, and sessions with diverse yoga teachers, shamans, and spiritual guides, exploring the many ways the body, mind, and soul can align. In 2025, she completed her yoga teacher training in Zürich, Switzerland, fully embracing her calling.

Her mission is to support others in reconnecting with their inner light, unlocking their potential for self-healing, and discovering the keys to true happiness, balance, and fulfillment. Through her teaching, she creates a nurturing space for transformation, presence, and authentic self-expression.
